Charles W. P. Willis Jr was born in 1753 in Boston and died in 1831, in Boston. He married twice, his second wife was Eliza Eaton. They married in 1810 in Boston. Their son James D. K. Willis was born in 1829 in Boston.

Robert Mers Cummings was born in Hudson New Hampshire in 1802. He died in 1882 in Boston. In 1830 he married Mary Ann Osgood in Boston. Mary Ann Osgood, born 1808 in Boston, died 1880 in Boston. Robert had an import/export business in Boston.

William Felt Fitz was born in 1804 in Gloucester Massachusetts. He died in 1880 in Manchester Massachusetts. He married Eunice Croft Baker, a Manchester girl, in 1833. They had several children, only 1, Mary survived to adulthood.,

Samuel K Friend Jr. was born in Cambridge Massachusetts in 1806 and he died in Gloucester Massachusetts. A life span that covered the 19th century. In 1832 he married Abigail Hinds Reed Brown Abigail lived from 1804-1894. Their son Daniel Alfred Friend was born 1843, died 1892..

My Great Great Grandfather Gilman Bryant was born in 1784 in Peacham Vermont. At some point he migrated to Ohio and in 1809 he married Elizabeth Thrift in Mt. Vernon Ohio. Elizabeth had been born in Plaistow New Hampshire. They had 7 children who reached adulthood. Gilman Bryant died in Mt. Vernon Ohio and his wife Elizabeth died in Dresden County Muskingam Ohio.

Henry W. Warner is another ancestor who lived and died in Crown Point New York. His dates are 1815-1859. In 1839 he married Harriet Anna Wilmarth, 1821-1897. She was born in Vergennes Addison County Vermont, and also died there in 1897. They had 4 children, 3 girls and a boy. The oldest child, Lucy, was my Great Grandmother.

James Murdock was born in Crown Point New York in 1810. He lived there all his life and died in 1898. He married Elizabeth Kellogg Trimble in 1831. They had numerous children, 7 of whom lived to adulthood. Elizabeth was born In the same year as James. She outlived him by one year. They had long lives, spanning almost the entire century.

What a wonderful concert we had yesterday. An hour of special music to celebrate Hannaka. It was a clarinet and an accordion. A few years I played in a Klezmer band as part of the program at Folk Life – a weekend celebration here in Seattle. That band had 8 or 9 players. I participated along with Maren who was our church choir director. This marked my one and only appearance on stage. And in hindsight it was a lot of fun.
