It is interesting to see my photograph pop up under this heading – am not sure what the zebra will think of it 🙂 In answer to the question you pose: I recently spent an hour at the local branch of our bank during which time I watched a tall, slim woman in corporate dress (except that her skirt was very short) wearing the thinnest and highest heels I have seen for a long time. Did she look elegant? Her figure would have looked elegant even in a longer skirt and flat shoes … I couldn’t help thinking how painful her feet and calves must feel at the end of each working day!
