Sheep

Aren’t these great postcards of sheep? Thanks to my friend Carolyn in upstate New York. They are beauties. And they remind me of Julia. Julia was a sheep I purchased in Peterborough New Hampshire. Julia was to be looked after by my niece and her fleece was to be used in my weaving and knitting . That was the theory. Since I was actually living in Bangladesh at that time, Julia and her fleece were very far away.  I later learned that they were moved to another relative in Massachusetts and that was the only trace I ever heard of them…….. A tale from the 1980’s.
