My Mother’s Photos

My mother liked to go on cruises.  I wonder where this photo was taken.  I want to say somewhere in the Baltic but I could be wildly wrong.  I wish she had identified her photos in some way.  I’m left to guess and look for clues.  My mother passed almost 20 years ago and I still have a lot of her archive to go through.
