My trusty cane from Middlebury College, Class of 1958, served me well today when I walked a mile to the coffee shop, had my usual mocha beverage, and walked the mile back.

I didn’t get Wordle today. My day is ruined. No, only joking, but I do enjoy the contest and I play it first thing each morning.
Now it’s afternoon and I’ve spent most of the day so far working on a 1000 piece jigsaw. It’s been slow going – it has been a work in progress for a good few weeks. Progress has been slow but steady. I am approaching the completion – slowly.
